Seattle, WA, United States, 2013/10/15 - New Stylized Logo Reflects EMP's Values, History. It was officially unveiled at the American College of Emergency Physicians’ (ACEP) Scientific Assembly held in Seattle, WA - EMP.com.
“The new logo is modern, with a nod to our history while reflecting our values,” said CEO Dominic J. Bagnoli, MD, FACEP, FAAEM. “It underscores our leadership position in providing emergency medicine.”
The stylized “e” represents Emergency Medicine, our past and evolution of our specialty and practice into the future. The exterior of the stylized “e” represents the “o” for Owner’s mind. The inner portion of the character is sculpted into a heart to reflect the value of Servant’s heart, which is at the center of everything we do. The arm of the “e” embraces our servant’s heart. We love what we do!
EMP created a buzz at the Assembly by placing just the stylized “e” on tote bags that were given to attendees on Day 1. On Day 2, the company re-energized its booth by placing the new logo atop the existing structure. Shirts, containing the stylized “e” were also distributed to attendees who stopped by the booth.
