An integrated mixed-use neighbourhood spread across approximately 280-acres in Nagpur being developed by Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd
Luxora Infrastructure Pvt Ltd (LIPL) announced the launch of Ensaara Metropark, a unique, metropark project in the state of Maharashtra, under the Government of Maharashtra’s Special Township Policy. With this, the developers will redefine the concept of the traditional residential township, by establishing a new benchmark for masterplanned districts and a highly sought-after destination.
Strategically located near Nagpur’s main growth axis, Wardha Road, Ensaara Metropark will be spread across approximately 280-acres and will be built in a phased manner. The entire project will be a fully integrated, vibrant, mixed-use neighborhood featuring a lake, school, college, hospital, a club-house, shopping mall, restaurants and a dedicated sports complex amongst a host of other lifestyle amenities and facilities. Commenting on the choice of Nagpur for the project, Mr Sanjay Kothari, Chief Executive Officer of LIPL, said “As the largest city in central India and a fast-growing metro that connects the country, we believe Nagpur has a great future given its economic growth, large corporate and infrastructure investments and entrepreneurship. Jointly promoted by the Aanya and Luxora Groups, Mr Parekh said that the Group’s quest is to develop luxury residential homes with an emphasis on intelligent design, high quality, beautiful structures and international standards. “This vision has transcended in every inch of this masterpiece creation a vision that has manifested itself in the form of Ensaara Metropark,” he added.
Ensaara Metropark is strategically located in the natural growth corridor of Nagpur. Situated between the city’s inner and outer ring roads, and with close proximity to Wardha Road, Ensaara’s residents can conveniently zip down to the commercial hubs of the city centre, MIHAN, Butibori and Higna from any one of its multiple access points, whilst the international airport is less than 15 minutes away.

Ensaara Metropark is one of the largest FDI-backed real estate projects in Central India. It is a result of the collaboration with leading international and Indian partners and affiliates, such as US master-planners HOK, Mumbai-based Kadri Consultants, Dubai-headquartered landscape architects Cracknell, infrastructure specialists Feedback Ventures, and Nagpur-based architects V.K. Associates. Each of them were selected because they are best in their field and bring years of award-winning experience to the project.
