Delta Liquid Energy, a California-based, third-generation, family owned and operated propane service provider since 1936, announces that its wholesale propane division will now be known as “AePEX Energy,” effective January 1st, 2014.
AePEX Energy (aepexenergy.com) will operate two proprietary rail-served propane import and trans loading terminals and will continue its relationships with all the major propane producers with access to several propane storage facilities and production sites throughout the USA and Canada. AePEX Energy will continue to provide superior wholesale propane and transportation services to existing customers along with Delta Liquid Energy’s nine California retail locations.
“The new name reflects Delta Liquid Energy’s strong commitment to its wholesale branch as an important and growing business of its own,” says AePEX Energy VP of Wholesale Operations, Don Dockstader. “Under this new brand, we plan to build upon Delta Liquid Energy’s decades-long reputation for excellence, offering both new and longtime customers reliable wholesale propane service they can depend on and trust.”
Dockstader added that AePEX Energy will soon extend services throughout the West. In anticipation of this growth, AePEX Energy recently hired Sales Representative Lisa Gerwitz, based out of the city of Dewey in Prescott Valley, Arizona.
“AePEX Energy operates a fleet of proprietary transports and contracts through several common carriers to ensure that our customers receive propane on time and on budget,” says Dockstader.
According to Dockstader, beginning in October, all transports will be re-branded with the new name and a new website has been launched. The transition to AePEX Energy will be complete by year end.
