ADP®, a leading global provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, today announced the launch of ADP Recruiting Management, a unified next-generation platform that helps clients better manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process by engaging social and mobile users, enabling intelligent sourcing of candidates, and increasing collaboration.

ADP’s new solution offers companies and applicants tools aligned with today’s changing recruitment landscape including mobile and social media capabilities.
