Biloxi, MS, United States, 02/01/2007 – Self-described as “Your gateway to prime opportunities,” the new website reflects the diversified nature of the company. Separate sections introduce company activities in investments, finance, staffing, corporate registrations, international trade and commerce, marketing, branding and public relations, and Internet services.
“Alpha Opportunities is moving into a new phase of its existence, and the time had come for a web site that expresses the company's diverse nature to the public,” said Alpha Opportunities founder, president, and CEO Frank Yacenda. “We are strong believers in public communication, and this new site will help facilitate our expansion through communication with our diverse publics and client, partner, and customer bases.”
The site will serve as the anchor for a mini-network, with other sites presenting Alpha Opportunities' daughter companies and core activities making up the mini-net, the company said.
Alpha Opportunities daughter companies include Gulfstaff LLC, a staffing company engaged in contingency, contract, and permanent employee placements, and its executive, managerial, and technical search division, GulfstaffExecutive. They also include A-List Strategic Communication, a marketing, branding, public relations, and strategic communication firm.
Founded in 1994 and incorporated as Alpha Opportunities International, Inc. (alphaopportunities.com), in 2005, the company is engaged in identifying prime opportunities in real estate investment, company acquisitions and mergers, and technology. The company also engages in trade and is a direct broker to some of North America's largest suppliers of grain and other agricultural commodities.
“We have a strong interest in helping the Hurricane Katrina disaster area recover and are embarking on a program to attract investment to the Mississippi and Louisiana Gulf Coast region specifically to invest in affordable housing and mixed-use development,” Yacenda said. “There is a lack of understanding outside this area how much remains to be accomplished, and we have located here largely to assist with the recovery process.
