DocuSign announced it has hired two new executives, Eitan Saban as APAC General Manager and Jesper Frederiksen as EMEA General Manager, to lead its rapidly growing base of more than 450 international customers, including industry-leading companies like BP, Centrica, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, SAP, Trinity Mirror, and Virgin Holidays. These leaders are joining to manage and support the rapid growth in international companies standardizing on DocuSign’s eSignature platform to accelerate transactions, reduce costs, and delight customers. DocuSign service is available in 43 languages and has been used in 188 countries to finish business faster.
“We’re excited to expand our high performance team with these talented international leaders,” said Keith Krach, chairman and CEO, DocuSign. “We measure our success by our customers’ success in achieving immediate ROI using DocuSign. Eitan and Jesper’s expertise will enhance DocuSign’s industry-leading customer experience and support our hyper growth around the globe.”
Eitan Saban brings 20 years of technology leadership experience across product management, development, accounts support, professional services, marketing, and sales to his new GM role at DocuSign. Saban was most recently VP of client success at Adobe EchoSign and was part of EchoSign’s founding team in charge of expanding all major accounts. Previously, Saban led growth businesses for companies in the insurance and tech industries.
“DocuSign has become the eSignature global standard to accelerate business results for companies of every size, industry, and geography,” said Saban. “After seeing 11 of the top 15 insurance companies, ten of the top 15 wealth management companies, and high tech companies like salesforce.com, Microsoft, HP, NetSuite, and LinkedIn all standardize on DocuSign in hundreds of departments and use cases, I had to join the industry leader. Even more exciting is bringing the secure, powerful, and reliable DocuSign platform to APAC customers and partners.”
Jesper Frederiksen joins DocuSign with executive experience as the former VP of EMEA for the Symantec.cloud business. Frederiksen was part of Google’s Enterprise team, and was VP/GM for Europe and Northern Africa at Parallels. Frederiksen has more than twenty years of sales and management experience with service and software vendors and has focused on driving customer success and expansion strategies across numerous international markets.
“DocuSign helps businesses transform their operations with an international eSignature network tailor-made to keep business transactions digital across the globe,” said Frederiksen. “The incredible velocity of innovation has resulted in DocuSign being the undisputed eSignature leader, especially among multinational companies. DocuSign was designed to provide the most trusted security, privacy, and operational dependability so critical to European customers.”
Saban and Frederiksen will both report to DocuSign’s Chief Revenue Officer, Neil Hudspith.
