HCM @ OpenWorld is designed specifically for HR and HR IT professionals, with more than 130 sessions on HCM strategy, global HR, recruiting and onboarding, talent management, benefits and compensation, and performance management, all with the goal of improving employee engagement and helping organizations maximize their HR technology investments.
HCM @ OpenWorld will feature Oracle executives and partners demonstrating Oracle’s comprehensive cloud and on-premise applications portfolio that empowers organizations to proactively manage HR operations while focusing on strategic business initiatives.
In addition, attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about Oracle’s HCM vision and roadmap, its investments in existing and newly acquired solutions, integrations between core HR and talent management applications, and how Oracle has addressed key trends in HCM including social, mobile, big data and cloud.
