Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that Billie Redmond, president of the firm, will speak as a part of a joint panel to discuss the impact of the growing Wake County School System on Triangle real estate. The speaking engagement will take place on Thursday, Feb. 1 at noon-1:30 p.m. at the Woman’s Club of Raleigh located at 3300 Woman’s Club Drive. Redmond will address members of the Triangle chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW) alongside panel members which include:
· Robbie Ferris – president/CEO, Firstfloor K-12 Solutions, LLC
· Tim Minton – executive vice president, Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County
· Betty Parker – director of real estate, Wake County Public School System
Patty Briguglio, president of MMI Associates, Inc., a full-service marketing and public relations firm in Raleigh, will serve as moderator for the event. Regions Bank will sponsor the event.
