Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, recently presented its “Innovations Award” to MDS Communications, one of the nation’s largest telephone fundraising providers. The award was announced at the Select Noble Users Group Americas 2013 Conference a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners held in Orlando, Florida earlier this year.
The Innovations Award recognizes MDS for its use of the Noble® Enterprise platform as a core component in its telephone fundraising services for non-profit organizations. In particular, MDS is using the powerful Noble Composer web-based unified agent desktop in conjunction with Microsoft® Lync to enable a dynamic and flexible hybrid home agent and in-center workforce. In addition, the company utilizes Noble’s Dialing Filters to enable sophisticated list management, optimizing their operations and contact strategies.
“MDS Communications is honored to receive the Innovations Award from Noble Systems,” says Mike Anderson, Vice-President of Information Security and Technology. “Working with non-profit organizations, it is critical to our operations that we have a contact center technology platform we can depend on and that helps us increase efficiencies, reduce overhead, comply with industry regulations, and maintain the integrity of the groups we represent. Noble Systems provides the reliability, functionality, and flexibility we need to achieve these goals, so that we can focus on delivering first-class services for our clients.”
Chris Hodges, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Noble Systems, comments,“After serving the outsourcer market for more than 20 years, Noble Systems understands the daily challenges of the contact center. Organizations such as MDS Communications constantly push our products to do more, testing new strategies and optimizing their use of the technology to reach new levels of productivity. Noble is there to support them every step of the way.”
