Radware®, a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, today announced that it has won the 2013 Network World Asia Information Management Award in the category of Best in Intrusion Detection and Prevention.
Recognized for this award was Radware’s Attack Mitigation System (AMS) solution for protecting infrastructures and data centers against cyber attacks.
"Winning this award two consecutive years in a row is a testament of Radware’s leading position in detecting and mitigating advanced cyber threats,” says Vikalp Shrivastava, head of security solutions for Radware’s APAC region.
“We are committed to delivering the best products and solutions to give our customers the highest level of protection possible. We are pleased to have been recognized for our efforts," added Shrivastava. The Network World Asia Information Management Awards recognize Asia's leaders in Information Security, Storage and Data Management for advances made in these fields over the last few years. Winners of the awards were chosen by 100 regional Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and those who head information technology (IT) for end-user organizations. The awards ceremony was held on June 5, 2013 at Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore.
"We congratulate Radware for effectively providing security solutions that meet industry needs and market demands, and being recognized by our editors - who shortlisted them as a finalist - and IT leaders from user enterprises around the region who voted for them," said Victor Ng, South-East Asia Bureau Chief at Questex Asia, the publisher of Network World Asia and creator of the annual Awards, now in its second year.
