Aspect Software, a leading provider of fully-integrated customer interaction management, workforce optimization, and back-office solutions, today announced the appointment of Guido de Koning to the newly-created position of Senior Vice President, Human Capital at Aspect. He will be responsible for the global human resource function and will help align the organization behind Aspect’s strategic direction.

We are excited to have him join the Aspect team.”
Most recently, de Koning served as VP Human Resources at Vanguard Health Systems over a six-hospital system with 5,000 employees where he was closely involved in driving structural and cultural change. Prior to that, he was responsible for managing all talent, engagement, leadership development, and performance management at University Hospitals, a 14,000-employee academic medical center and system in Cleveland, OH. He also worked across continents at The Gallup Organization as a Principal Consultant with companies such as Citibank, Baxter Healthcare, Wells Fargo, Fidelity, Standard Register, Owens Corning, Cinergy, and ADP.

Guido holds a Master’s degree in General Management from Nyenrode University, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business from the Haarlem Business School in the Netherlands. In addition, he holds a post-graduate degree of the Japan Interuniversity Program in Japanese management, language, and culture, from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
