Greenwood Village, CO, United States, 2013/04/23 - Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District has teamed with Ciber to successfully implement Infor10 Lawson software for Human Resources, Financials and Supply Chain Management/Procurement (NYSE: CBR) - CIBER.com. NYSE: CBR
The large supplier of irrigation and municipal water in Northeastern Colorado, which services more than 640,000 acres of irrigated agricultural land and some 850,000 residents, is now seeing dramatic improvement in work flow and decision-making capabilities due to its first fully integrated ERP system.
This success marks one of the earliest implementations of Infor10. Ciber’s close partnership with Infor and deep product knowledge provided the expertise needed to give Northern Water a reliable solution for the future.
“We no longer need to put any financial statements on spreadsheets, and our Human Resources, Financials and Supply Chain Management tools are all integrated in a single system. Our business is faster and more predictable because of the work we’ve done with Ciber,” said John Budde, manager, Financial Services Department. He added that Northern Water chose Ciber for the implementation because Ciber focused on calibrating business processes before addressing system configuration.
“Ciber sets itself apart from competitors by providing business solutions, not just technology solutions,” said Beth Dvoracek, Infor Lawson practice leader for Ciber. “Since our team was able to implement new software that will solve everyday business challenges, Northern Water has taken a large step forward.”
Ciber’s relationship with Infor dates back to 1995. As one of Infor’s largest systems integration partners, Ciber’s Infor experts have enhanced client systems capabilities through more than 2 million consulting hours.
