Noble Systems, a global leader in unified customer communications, will host its annual Select Noble Users Group (SNUG) EMEA conference on 16th & 17th April at the Radisson Blu Edwardian in Manchester, UK. The theme of this year’s event is ‘Dynamic Solutions, Endless Possibilities’ and in keeping with the theme, Noble Systems is excited to announce the Keynote Speaker, Debra Searle. Debra was heralded "…Britain's latest sporting heroine" by The Times when the worldwide media went crazy for the story of the courageous young woman who carried on rowing alone when her then husband, a top-level club oarsman, left the boat after developing an uncontrollable fear of the ocean. Debra, who was loving life at sea in a 23 foot plywood boat, saw no reason to stop and rowed on to become the third woman in the world to have rowed the Atlantic solo. Her exciting and inspirational story will set the tone for the day.
Designed to inform attendees about features, applications and new releases from Noble Systems, the event will focus on helping companies improve contact centre efficiency and will include speakers representing client companies from across the region, along with guest presenters including Carolyn Blunt - Contact Centre People Development Expert, Founder of Real Results Training and winner of last year’s ‘Most Respected People in Contact Centre Industry’ accolade.
