This demonstration to be held at the Wireless Communications Association (WCA) International Symposium and Business Expo, will highlight how service providers can: improve Ethernet network planning and deployment, deliver quality of service and optimize bandwidth usage.
Using Gridpoint Systems’ Value Management System (VMS™), spanning tree or MPLS-based networks employing: DragonWave’s AirPair radios, Gridpoint Systems’ Ethernet access portfolio and switches and routers from other leading vendors can be easily visualized and planned. The joint solution will build upon the AirPair Mesh wireless solution to deliver a fully managed wireless solution. The VMS eliminates operator error by automatically configuring the network or by generating downloadable script files based on the optimized plan. Services can then be easily provisioned ensuring quality of service (QoS) parameters are met enabling the delivery of Ethernet service level agreements (SLA’s).
