Southern Atlantic Hospital Alliance (SAHA) — an alliance of member hospitals in North Carolina and Virginia — has selected Halogen Software as its talent management vendor of choice. Under this agreement SAHA members can license the award-winning Halogen Talent Management Suite™ and access educational resources and tools on healthcare talent management best practices.
According to The Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET), workforce practices may represent an important and underutilized resource for supporting quality improvements in healthcare organizations.1 SAHA works collaboratively with its members to provide education, information sharing and cost saving initiatives focused on patient safety, clinical quality and regulatory compliance.
