Haskins is a proven enterprise sales leader with over 25 years’ experience in business development, marketing and building strategic alliances. He specializes in leading dynamic sales teams involved in the design, implementation and maintenance of network integration technologies for commercial, retail, medical, financial and government markets.

Haskins comes to Dowley after five years with Watchter, a national electrical contracting and IT services firm, where he lead the evolution of the organization from a national electrical contractor to a solutions provider of design, implementation and maintenance services for electronic security, voice, data, video, power and intelligent building solutions. Haskins drove Watcher’s entry in the physical security space at a national level, and acquired national electronic security businesses with leading Fortune 1000 accounts.
Prior to Watcher, Haskins award winning strategic alliances and consistent acquisitions of new clients drove similar sales leadership success at organizations such as CrossCom National, Datatec Systems and Harris Corp.
Haskins hold a B.A. in marketing management from Youngstown State University.
