Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact center technology solutions, announced that it has been selected by MCV Physicians, the medical practice group of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, to implement a unified contact center solution tailored to streamline and enhance customer billing operations.

Noble Systems will deliver a contact center solution including blended dialing and routing for outbound and inbound calls, IVR, call recording, unified agent desktop tools, and advanced management and reporting resources. The platform will be used for patient billing and account management.

MCV Physicians joins a number of healthcare-related organizations that use the Noble Solutions to address pre-care and post-discharge patient communications, revenue cycle management and more.
