IZ-ON Media (FKA Premier Retail Networks (PRN)), a Technicolor company and a global leader in Digital Place-based Media sales and services, today announced the addition of two new members to its executive team. Paul Jankauskas joins IZ-ON Media as senior vice president of Media Sales, and Kevin Carbone as senior vice president of Business Development and Account Management.
As an industry veteran, Jankauskas brings over 25 years of experience in advertising sales and has held a number of senior executive roles. Prior to joining IZ-ON Media, he headed media sales and strategy at Digital Display Networks (DDN) where he oversaw the 7-Eleven® TV network. Jankauskas has also held executive sales management roles at digital out-of-home companies American Health Media Network and Captivate Network.
Carbone comes to IZ-ON Media with a wide range of leadership experience in industries ranging from Management Consulting to Digital Marketing to Software-as-a-Service. In his most recent position, he was founder and CEO of 6Connex, a virtual collaboration software company. Carbone is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of business development and account management.
"As we grow our footprint and continue to integrate mobile, social and other technologies with our content strategies and networks, we are scaling our media sales capabilities and our business development and account management functions,” said Ahmad Ouri, CEO of IZ-ON Media. “Paul’s ad sales expertise, and Kevin’s experience integrating new technologies and developing key accounts are great additions to our executive team, and I’m pleased to have them on board to help execute our growth strategy.”
“I’m excited to join one of the largest and fastest-growing Digital Place-based Media companies and offer brands innovative ways to tell their stories and inspire action with their targets,” said Jankauskas. “IZ-ON Media’s two decades of expertise in place-based media strategically positions the company to leverage new technologies and continually create effective interactions between brands and consumers.”
“I was quite intrigued by the fragmentation in the Digital Place-based Media segment and the challenges this presents to venues, and I’m happy to join IZ-ON Media during this exciting time to help our clients integrate and unify their brand experience across all their vast locations,” said Carbone. “IZ-ON Media’s client roster consists of best-in-class brands, and it is an honor to be working closely with these companies.”
Jankauskas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Villanova University and is a CPA. Carbone holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Economy of Industrial Societies from UC Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
