Trebaseleghe, Padova, Italy, 2012/09/20 - Built with ease-of-use in mind, new Dallan's machines and plants are suitable for everyone, even for operators with no previous rollforming experience - Dallan.com.
Thanks to its expertise in designing and building rollforming machines, both standalone and integrated, Dallan offers a wide range of solutions to suit every need in terms of profiles production demands.
For instance, the "Easy" range of roll forming machines consists in compact integrated systems designed to produce certain kinds of sections and profiles. All these rollformers are modular and suitable to be used with Dallan Advance systems.
The "Dallan Advance" forming systems are composed by roll forming lines able to perform additional work on the profile such as filling it with polyurethane foam, punching, stamping or perforating it, as well as packing and assembling the finished product. These systems are designed for large-scale production from mid-size companies to multinational manufacturers.
Last but not least, the integrated roll forming solutions can produce the profile complete with all additional stamping and assembling work done, all with one single machine.
All Dallan's rollformers can operate in the simple start-stop mode or, to meet greater production demands, with mobile cutting at a rate of 30, 60, 100 and over 120 meters per minute.
