Offset Programs 1:00pm-2:00pm: Mr. Straub will participate in a panel discussing how government agencies can benefit from using external data sources to increase collections through offset programs.
Mr. Straub develops new products and identifies opportunities for existing products to increase the operating efficiencies and effectiveness in revenue discovery and revenue recovery across federal, state and local governments. Prior to joining LexisNexis, he was employed at the Financial Management Service (FMS), where he was instrumental to the implementation of industry best practices in collection processes, specifically delinquent debt owed to the federal government. Additionally, he was part of a team that drafted a feasibility study to repurpose a payment center to a debt collection center.
