Radware®, a leading provider of application delivery and application security solutions for virtual and cloud data centers, today announced that global, secure cloud hosting provider, FireHost will now rely on Radware’s Attack Mitigation System (AMS) for securing its network infrastructure and for providing real-time attack protection of mission-critical systems for its clients.
Radware will become the primary AMS system for Dallas-based FireHost, which specializes in protecting websites and applications of companies with compliance and high traffic needs, such as eCommerce, SaaS and healthcare IT providers. FireHost offers secure, scalable, usage-based hosting with enterprise-grade protection from data centers in Dallas, Phoenix, London and Amsterdam.
FireHost chose Radware’s AMS to replace its existing infrastructure because it offered extremely rapid detection and mitigation of network attacks including denial of service (DoS), distributed DoS (DDoS), network and application-level flood and zero-day attacks. This capability allows FireHost to provide continuous uptime to its clients, even when they are under heavy attack from hackers.
