Chicago, IL, United States, 2012/07/25 - GE Antares, a unit of GE Capital, announced today it served as administrative agent on a $150 million senior credit facility to support the acquisition of Henry Company, LLC by a group of investors - (NYSE: GE) - GEantares.com. NYSE: GE
Graham Partners led the acquisition, partnering with OceanBridge Partners; other investors included management and the former owners of the Company. GE Capital Markets served as sole lead arranger and bookrunner on the transaction.
Headquartered in El Segundo, Calif., Henry Company, LLC is one of North America’s leading manufacturers and distributors of roofing and building envelope products and systems.
