Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc. last March launched a marketing innovation that has not been seen in the Philippine real estate industry, and quite possibly, also in the global real estate market—the Metrozert.
The Metrozert is a larger-than-usual newspaper insert filled with colorful and informative articles and stories, interesting facts, and fun and challenging games, along with information about the features of the various exciting Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc. residential developments.
More than just a newspaper insert, the Metrozert is actually a newsletter that provides the reading public with interesting, informative, useful, and insightful news and articles related to the real estate industry.
According to Dale Ibay, Senior Manager for Business Devt., at Metrostar Realty and Development, Inc.,“Aside from serving as a promotional flyer, we envision the Metrozert to also serve as a stimulus for discussion and interaction among people whether be it in the workplace, at home, or elsewhere. We try our best to make every issue as informative and insightful as possible for everyone.”
Anybody who’s ever read a newspaper, especially if it’s the weekend newspaper with expanded lifestyle sections, would already be very familiar with the ubiquitous newspaper insert which usually come in the form of flyers or leaflets that feature products and promotional offers from various companies and industries. “With the Metrozert we are aiming to achieve more than just to make ourselves more visible to the public. The maiden issue of the Metrozert (released in March) features an article on Renting versus Buying as its main feature article, and for the April (Lent) issue, a colorful article on some of the most popular and storied churches in Metro Manila. The Metrozert also features a “Corner To Go” column that features interesting articles on relevant topics of today, such as the five richest Filipino celebrities and the real estate properties they own (for the March issue), and the seven things Twitterer’s are abstaining from during the Lenten Season (for the April issue). Then there’s “Whattafact”, which provides readers with interesting bits of trivia. And for those who enjoy doing some mental exercise, each issue of the Metrozert also comes with a game that’s sure to get everyone’s mind jogging.
