Noble Systems Corporation, a global leader in unified contact centre technology solutions, recently presented its Technology Innovator Award to TSA Telco Group, one of Australia’s largest national providers of outsourced sales and sales support. The award was announced at the Select Noble Users Group Australasia 2012 Conference – a gathering of Noble Systems clients and partners – held earlier this year in Sydney, Australia.

TSA Telco Group garnered the distinction after migrating their 600+-seat Noble Systems legacy platform to Noble® SIPhony architecture, an all-SIP solution that supports contact centre environments regardless of their telephony infrastructure. The transition also included a complete disaster recovery solution and implementation of Noble Systems’ ShiftTrack WFM for more than 1,000 agents.
