The purchase price was $1,400, 000, which represented a cap rate of 6.50%. The tenant has 7 years remaining on the lease.
Situated in Los Angeles County, La Barca Restaurantes, is located at 8407 Washington Boulevard in Pico Rivera. Built in 1980 on 0.51 acres, the property is located directly across from Super Walmart and Lowe's Home Improvement anchored center. La Barca Restaurantes has been successfully operating at this location since 1997, and is one of five locations in Southern California.
