Vincent will be responsible for Jaspersoft’s EMEA-wide sales organization. His proven background scaling software organizations profitably, building strong customer relationships, and his overall senior level of experience will help ensure Jaspersoft continues to grow at a record pace, allowing the company to further its leadership position within the EMEA BI market. Tom Cahill will take responsibility for developing and executing global and regional plans to ensure that Jaspersoft achieves its channel growth objectives. The channel plans will focus on Jaspersoft’s System Integrator (SI) and reseller partnerships.
Vincent De Gennaro has held progressive sales leadership positions at a number of Nasdaq and pre-IPO companies such as Actuate, where he was responsible for turning around EMEA operations, Brio Software where he was VP EMEA, Sagent Technology where he had responsibility for Field Operations World Wide and Sybase Inc. Vincent has been instrumental in building enterprise and inside sales teams, direct and channel sales approaches and leading services teams that strategically complement the sales process.
Since joining Jaspersoft four years ago, Tom Cahill has grown revenue and established operations in EMEA, and has hired and led new teams in seven countries. During Tom's tenure, Jaspersoft has grown its customer and partner base in Europe substantially and has created a strong marketing presence in the region. Prior to Jaspersoft, Tom held sales management responsibilities at a number of European and US-based software organisations with responsibility for US, European, Latin American and Asian regions (Valista, Serco, CampusIT) covering both Fortune 500 accounts as well as SMB markets. Tom has extensive experience in the establishment and development of indirect and direct sales channels and is fluent in several European languages.
At the conclusion of another year of record growth, Jaspersoft has recently announced Clive Harrison as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations, based in San Francisco. In this role, Clive is responsible for all global sales and professional services teams supporting customer success with Jaspersoft software.
