- First To File Trademark Product – Electronic File Room for Trademarks (EFR-TM)
Introduced in May 2011 and released in November, Electronic File Room (EFR)® for Trademarks (EFR-TM) is a web-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution that organizes all trademark documents into electronic files, and provides a platform for automation, electronic workflow, sharing, and ease of information management. EFR-TM integrates seamlessly with customers’ existing docketing systems as well as with an increasing number of global trademark offices.
- Outlook Integration
Released in October 2011, First To File’s Outlook Integration plug-in enables one-click filing of email correspondence and documents directly into First To File’s Electronic File Room (EFR) web-based IP document management system.
- SSAE16 Audit
In addition, First To File again passed the SSAE16 Audit requirements without exception in December 2011 for the third consecutive year.
