The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) rules will compel solution providers to re-evaluate their technology solution requirements to fulfill emission regulations. Planned projects between 2011 and 2013 are likely to be delayed until 2014.
