Emmy winning Director Brett A. Hart, international motion graphics animator Chuck Taylor and radio personality Cliff Davis have joined forces once again but this time to form a new international multi-media production company Test Pattern Media. The trio, who independently have been creating national commercial campaigns, music videos, documentaries and feature films for over 25 years, is set to offer clients state of the art production value and creativity without the burden of heavy costs in the ever-changing world of digital and viral media.

Brett Hart was mentored at the age of 15 by Director Richard Franklin (Psycho II). Hart brings his feature film sensibilities to commercial advertising. His lifetime experiences in production have helped him intuitively keep cost down and offer cutting edge advertising that helps clients stand out over their competition. Hart served as Creative Director in Oklahoma City for over nine years and has directed some of Oklahoma's finest commercials which have won him many Addys. Chuck Taylor’s unmatched talents as a motion graphics animator have caught International attention. Taylor worked hand in hand with the George Lucas’s Effects Shop, Industrial Light & Magic. His work has garnered praised by key ILM supervisors & to this day they continue to champion his work. In just 14 short years Taylor has mastered Avid Nitris DS, After Effects and specializes in 3D studio Max. His work for ESPN, Six Flags, Cox, Remington Park, OU basketball and football as well as countless automotive accounts have garnered numerous Addy Awards.
Cliff Davis has been in the entertainment industry since childhood while growing up on his father’s set, (Foreman Scotty children’s TV show). While at KISS FM Davis helped increased afternoon drive time listeners and earned the No.1 Arbitron rating while continuing to hone his skills as one of the top OKC radio personalities. In 1995 he created his first agency CDP, where he voiced, produced and placed hundreds of media campaigns. His work also includes but is not limited to the world famous, Dallas Cowboys which he collaborated with Taylor and Hart on for the first time.
