Fuca has served in executive leadership roles in private and public companies, building teams for multi-channel sales models as large as 250 people and $600 million in revenue.
Harry Safstrom, Vice President of Organizational Development
For the last 12 years, Safstrom led a consulting firm focused on helping a wide range of organizations develop and implement practical strategies and create cultures where people are focused, valued, and excited to come to work as part of a winning team. From 1990 to 2000, Safstrom was instrumental in creating Dow AgroSciences, a successful agribusiness joint venture. Previously, Safstrom spent 20 years with the Dow Chemical Company, holding leadership positions in HR, quality, logistics, safety, and sales.
Meagen Eisenberg, Vice President of Demand Generation
With more than 15 years of experience in high-tech, marketing, and demand generation, Eisenberg comes to DocuSign from ArcSight, an HP company, where she served as director of Worldwide Demand Generation and Americas Field Marketing. Prior to ArcSight, Eisenberg led successful programs at TRIRIGA, which was acquired by IBM; Postini, which was acquired by Google; and IBM. She was recently named 2011 Marketing Visionary of the Year by Eloqua.
