Thanks to high marks from company employees, the Cincinnati Business Courier announced that Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is the Best Places to Work winner for the 1000+ employee category. The competition included responses by more than 100 Cincinnati-area public, private and nonprofit organizations.
“We invest in people and technology. During the course of our growth from two to more than 1,600 employees we have paid particular attention to what matters to our people. What makes us excited about this kind of award is that the voting is based on feedback from them. We can’t ask for a better barometer of progress than that. We’re very honored,” said Kerry Byrne, Executive Vice President at TQL.
The competition was held by market research firm Quantum Workplace in partnership with the Cincinnati Business Courier. Quantum Workplace has performed Best Places to Work employee surveys for thousands of companies in more than 40 US cities. Best Places to Work is the only competition that is judged solely upon quantitative measurement of employee input.
In addition to being a “Best Place to Work,” TQL has also been named a “Top Workplace,” a “Healthiest Employer” finalist and honored in the Cincinnati Business Courier’s “Fast 55” list, celebrating Greater Cincinnati’s fastest-growing private companies.
