Lyon Communities, recognized as one of the largest and most respected privately held multi-family real estate companies in Southern California, recently earned a pair of prestigious website awards.
The website for gallery421, Long Beach’s newest luxury apartment community, earned the top award as “Best Website for a Builder or a Community” at the Building Industry Association’s SoCal Awards. In addition, the Web Marketing Association presented its 2011 WebAward for “Outstanding Website” to Lyon Communities in honor of their corporate website.
“We are very excited to earn these honors from two respected and distinguished institutions,” said Suzanne Maddalon, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Lyon Communities. Maddalon oversaw the creative development and implementation of both websites that earned awards.
“Our experienced team worked very hard to ensure that both websites were creative, informative, functional and user-friendly to ensure that we connect with our residents in this ever-changing digital age,” Maddalon added. “Both of these awards validate our goals, our attention to detail and, ultimately, the fulfillment of our vision for these sites.”
gallery421 earned the “Best Website” award at the 2011 SoCal Awards, presented by the Sales and Marketing Committee of the Building Industry Association (BIA) of Southern California. This annual awards program encompasses all facets of new-home marketing and merchandising, including internet marketing. The winners were announced at the BIA’s annual gala at The Grove of Anaheim.
Lyon Communities’ corporate website won the 2011 “Outstanding Website” award in the annual Web Marketing Association WebAward Competition – the premier award recognition program for web developers and marketers worldwide. The WebAwards are an international website award program, and include judges from around the world that review the websites entered into the award program.
